In this role, you will: Lead Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Scrum and continuous improvement.Drive delivery across AI, data, cloud, and digital initiatives.Manage risks, dependencies, blockers, and competing priorities.Partner with technical and business stakeholders to improve delivery and alignment.Support roadmap, release, and quarterly planning.Provide clear executive-level status updates and delivery metrics.Ensure alignment with enterprise security, governance, architecture, and Responsible AI standards.Who You Are: 5+ years of Scrum Master, Agile Delivery, Technical Project Management, or related experience.Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, Kanban, and SAFe.Experience supporting AI, data, cloud, or enterprise technology initiatives.Strong technical aptitude and ability to work with architects and engineers.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.Experience in complex, matrixed organizations.Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, Google Gemini, Databricks, IBM Enterprise Advantage, and Azure APIM is a plus.Total Rewards: We proudly offer competitive compensation, and a comprehensive and well-rounded benefits package for full-time employees that have been designed to nourish your well-being.
