Key responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective patients, guiding them through the enrollment process using an approved script Document interactions and outcomes accurately in Mosaic's systems while meeting department performance metrics Respond to inbound calls and collaborate with healthcare providers to support patient onboarding and address any concerns Required qualifications At least 1 year of experience in a contact center, patient-facing provider office, or customer service role Proven ability to manage a high volume of outbound calls while meeting performance targets Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and explain services clearly Experience with accurate data entry and documentation Ability to work independently from a dedicated home office with reliable internet access
