To support a vibrant nonprofit mission, the part-time Development Associate will develop and execute fundraising strategies, cultivate donor relationships, and manage development activities in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Develop and implement fundraising strategies to increase donations and funding opportunities Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective donors, ensuring high levels of engagement Collaborate on annual fundraising campaigns and manage donor records using the organization's CRM system Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, or related fields Strong written and verbal communication skills, including grant writing experience Understanding of Jewish culture, values, and community dynamics Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Genuine passion for the organization's mission and commitment to community impact
