This role is responsible for removing and setting all mold auxiliary equipment, maintaining production targets, and complying with all company standard operating procedures.

Shifts: All Shifts, 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift. Employment Types: Direct Hire, Full Time. Pay Rate: $17.00 - $21.00 / hour

Duties:

• Check with supervisor for verification of the status of the molds that must be installed or removed during each shift.
• Remove mold from press after shutdown is completed.
• Return all molds, fixtures and auxiliary equipment to their proper storage location in the plant.
• Follows 3S3D and TS16949 producers.
• Set all molds and auxiliary equipment per the mold set-up instructions and mold set-up procedure.
• Connects all water lines, hydraulics and electrical connections to molds and equipment at start including thermolators, chillers and other related equipment.
• Connect all knockout and ejector bars as needed.
• Clean all set-up tools, equipment and any spilled water.
• Follow all safety producers.
• Efficiently manages time and completing all task assigned.
• Reports damage, defects and other issues pertaining to molding non-conformances to supervisors.

Position Requirements:

• Ensuring the compliance of all company policies and the Occupational Safety and health administration rules (OSHA) while conducting work functions.
• Ability to work mathematical concepts such as: fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
• Must have the ability to use micrometers, gauges and other related equipment.
• Must be able to read and understand work instructions.

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old. Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.00 - $21.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
