Qualifications

• Experience in a data center, IT infrastructure, server, or technical support environment.
• Hands-on experience with servers, networking equipment, cabling, and hardware.
• Basic understanding of networking, Linux/Windows, and data center operations.
• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and perform physical tasks such as lifting equipment and working in racks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, rack, stack, cable, and decommission servers and network equipment.
• Perform hardware installation, replacement, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
• Manage copper and fiber cabling and maintain accurate equipment labeling.
• Monitor data center equipment and respond to hardware or connectivity issues.
• Follow data center safety, security, and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and inventory of equipment.
• Collaborate with IT, networking, facilities, and operations teams to resolve issues.
