This is a 1099 independent distributor opportunity—not a W-2 employee role —for experienced medical device sales professionals seeking commission-based earning potential and the opportunity to build and manage a Chicago-area territory.

Represent TendoNova’s Ocelot Nano , technology for minimally invasive procedures performed in physician offices or ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs). Expand your existing portfolio with a platform that creates opportunities for repeat procedural business as physician adoption grows.

The Opportunity

• Commission upside: Grow your earning potential through new physician adoption and recurring procedural utilization.
• Territory ownership: Take the lead in developing physician relationships and driving growth within your assigned Chicago-area territory.
• Office and ASC opportunity: Introduce Ocelot Nano to physicians performing minimally invasive procedures in outpatient settings.
• Commercial and clinical support: Access support for physician education, training, and long-term account development.

Who We’re Looking For

Established independent distributors with proven medical device sales experience and active physician relationships in one or more of these specialties:

• Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
• Sports Medicine
• Interventional Pain
• Orthopedics
• Podiatry

You should have experience selling into physician offices and/or ASCs, strong clinical and consultative selling skills, and the ability to independently develop and manage a territory.

What You’ll Do

• Introduce Ocelot Nano to new and existing physician customers.
• Build adoption across Chicago and the surrounding metropolitan area.
• Coordinate physician training, case coverage, and clinical education.
• Develop lasting relationships that support repeat utilization and territory growth.
